Our company, from its foundation until today, has been engaged in various activities: wholesale and retail trade, agriculture, then catering and tourism, as well as construction. In all these activities, great successes have been achieved thanks to management in accordance with the right business principles, of which we highlight accuracy and responsibility, both towards employees and partners. The involvement of the family in all aspects of the company, with the help of a close team of loyal and dedicated people, is our recipe for successful business.
Wholesale and retail trade was the first activity of the Carine company. Starting with a supermarket in Masline, Carine expanded to 5 retail stores in Podgorica in exclusive locations by 2008.

CateringWith the purchase of office space at 43 Slobode Street and the opening of the Carine Center in 2005, the hospitality industry began to take precedence in our company's business. In 2008, another hospitality facility was opened on Moskovska Street, retail facilities were leased for a period of 10 years, and we completely reoriented ourselves to the hospitality industry and tourism. In 2002, “Carine” became the majority owner of AD “Južni Jadran”, which includes the “Delfin” hotel in Bijela. In 2004, the hotel was renovated and officially opened. In the next 20 years, the annex of the Delfin hotel was built (2015), the Park hotel with a capacity of 282 rooms also in Bijela (2016 main building and 2020 annex) and the Kumbor hotel in Kumbor with a capacity of 291 rooms (2019 main building and 2022 annex). |
ConstructionOn June 3, 2011, the construction of a residential and commercial building in Momišići began. The construction of this building marks the addition of construction to our company's range of activities, which continues through the DADI PLAZA project in the form of joint construction, and in 2024, the Condo Hotel project in Djenovići and Kumbor was launched. |

AgricultureWe are proud owners of a farm located at about 1600 meters above sea level on Pišče, with its own pastures, meadows and facilities, the capacity of which in ideal conditions is 3000 heads. Currently, about 500 high-quality and selected heads produce the indigenous Montenegrin cheese Prljo, which we sell in our catering facilities, as well as lamb meat from BIO farming. |
